Ebon

Ebon was the northernmost city in Stygg. It was located on a peninsula which jutted between the Sender's Sea and the Black Water Strait. The city was an urban sprawl surrounding a great fortress. It was purported to possess some of the world's most legendary brothels, and the city's ruler maintained a pleasure palace. (wiki)
