Ictor

Ictor was an atypically small Falari city on the western side of Delanss Island in the Falari Isles that resembled more a frontier outpost or colony. To its north was the confluence of the Old Guando Sea and Strom Sea, while to the west was the Strait of Lure which separated the island from the Falar mainland.
