Fist Sea

The Fist Sea, or Sea of Fist, was an inland sea on Fist Island which lay between Skolati to the north and east, and Rool to the south and west. Along its southern shore was the Trembling Range which hid the caves of the mountain ascetics at Thol. It was connected to the Pirate's Sea to the west by a channel. (wiki)
