Free City Plain

The Free City Plain was located in northeastern Genabackis. The rivers Gend and Sogen ran through it leading to outlets which emptied into the Rust Ocean near the city of Apple. The Free City Plain was under the control of the Malazan Empire at the beginning of Gardens of the Moon. (wiki)
