Silent People

The Silent People, also known as the Yag'Quarall, were a nomadic race of mixed human-Jaghut blood on the western plains of Assail. They lived in clans and were fiercely territorial and protective of their resource poor lands. They killed male trespassers and captured children and women of childbearing years. (wiki)
